  1. If I have multiple redemption codes for Caxton, can I apply them to the same reservation?

    Sorry, only one activation code can be activated and redeemed at a time. You must use the full value of a code before activating an additional code on your account.

  2. Does my card expire?

    Please refer to your Caxton, for expiration dates, if applicable.

  3. Do I have to stay at least a certain number of nights?

    There is no minimum number of nights required.

  4. What hotels are available?

    Caxton has contracted with major hotel chains worldwide. We offer 1,000,000 properties worldwide to choose from.

  5. What if I lose my Caxton card?

    As long as you have activated your card, contact us through the Contact section of the site and we will be happy to assist you.

  6. What if I want to change or cancel my travel plans after redeeming my Caxton card?
